I had such a great experience with Lexie at Cook’s in Orem. Her customer service truly went above and beyond, and what stood out most was how genuine she was. During our conversation, I mentioned that I have surgery tomorrow, and Lexie immediately showed so much kindness. It didn’t feel like the typical scripted customer service you sometimes get—she genuinely cared, and that meant a lot to me, especially with everything I have on my mind going into tomorrow. Lexie is a perfect example of what great customer service should look like. She was kind, attentive, personable, and made me feel like more than just another customer. People remember how you make them feel, and Lexie definitely left a positive impression on me. Cook’s is lucky to have her. Thank you, Lexie, for making my day a little better!

I love coming here for flowers to plant in my flower garden. They always have a big variety, so there's always something for every area/light type. The employees have always been friendly and have helped me a few times when I was looking for something specific. They also carry lady bugs that I can put in my flower garden to control any aphids. Their hanging flower baskets are always so amazing looking.

I LOVE GOING TO COOK'S IN THE SPRINGTIME! I've been there twice in the last ten days. We were there are the Saturday before Mother's Day. The staff told us that this was their busiest day of the year. But they were ready! The line was about three customers deep, but they moved them quickly. The flower quality and selection were fantastic. We were in awe of the color and smell of the place. And it goes on forever!! Wow. We were excited to be there! The only negative I can offer is that their prices are a little higher than some other nurseries, hence, the rating of 4. But, I still love visiting and purchasing there. We returned yesterday to buy some seedlings for an herb garden that I'm excited about starting up. Basil, rosemary, thyme, and sage. Our meals are going to taste fresh and delicious this summer and fall.

Absolutely my favorite nursery in all the land and apparently others because today it was packed! It has amazing staff who have helped me with areas of my yard that have had issues. Like planting certain plants by my driveway that get a little salt. I am so grateful for the quality! Thank you cooks!

I won’t go anywhere else for my plants! This place has the best varieties, helpful staff, and great quality products. I have gone to other nurseries in the area and definitely don’t receive the same quality of customer service or quality of plants… and often higher in price too. Love Cooks!
